We offer tremendous cost efficiencies and relief to our clients who know that Gibraltar & Palme is there to take on the time-consuming task of sourcing hotels and venues for their conferences, trade shows, board retreats, and incentive programs.
There is no cost to our clients to engage Gibraltar & Palme for Site Selection Services. This is a supplier funded model in which the contracted hotels pay for our services through a placement fee, typically 7% to 10% of guest room revenue. We are paid based on the actual “pick-up” of our clients after the event has concluded.
For Incentive Travel, our service fee is based on the budgeted land portion for the program. Depending on the complexity of the itinerary, industry fee standards are 15% to 25% of the land budget.
